1. Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
• The book must be unused, in original condition, and free from any damage (no markings, folds, or stains).
• Items that are used or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used books
• Items damaged due to mishandling by the buyer
• Clearance or discounted items (if applicable, you can keep/remove this)

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
